• Demo request form: name, company/organization, job title, email, country/region, expected venue area, expected concurrent users, application type, project timeline, and your message.
• Brochure download: email address.
• Anti-abuse verification: we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and interaction signals for verification.
• Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregate pageview statistics that are cookieless, with no personalized tracking profile.

How we use data

• To respond to your inquiry and provide an initial deployment recommendation.
• For follow-up sales contact and service information.
• To maintain site security and prevent abuse.

Storage and processing

Form submissions are sent as an email notification to our business inbox (via the Maileroo sending service) and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. To operate the service we use these processors: Cloudflare (hosting, Turnstile, Web Analytics, D1 database) and Maileroo (email delivery). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
